Biography

Law graduate from Universidad San Pablo CEU, with a Diploma in Corporate Taxation from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master’s in Tax Advisory and Tax Law from Escuela Europea de Negocios, and a Diploma in Operational Computing from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.

Professional career developed in leading and benchmark companies within the financial, insurance, real estate, and construction sectors, holding various positions at all organizational levels. Banco Santander (13 years), Grupo Skandia-Old Mutual (7 years), Grupo Sacyr-Vallehermoso and Testa (8 years), and Lar España Real Estate (9 years).

Experience in financial markets and investor relations, business and product development, marketing, market expansion, client and channel management, quality, management control, and reporting. Skilled in strategic project development and internal consulting. Direct responsibilities in governance, compliance, corporate relations, communications management, websites and social media, as well as ESG.

Strong network of contacts across multiple sectors, connected both to the business world and public administration at all levels, the media, and institutional investors. Experienced in managing complex situations, both structural and business-related, as well as in enhancing the value of companies and projects.

Lecturer in corporate training programs (BBVA, Santander, Cajamar, NFQ) in collaboration with Bespoke School of Finance, Universidad San Pablo CEU, and Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
